From the supplier: Virginia and several adjacent states may start investigating allegations that insurers have been canceling insurance policies for black churches that have been burned in suspected arson fires. From the supplier: The Market Conduct and Consumer Affairs Subcommittee of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) approved the Improper Termination Practices Model Act at its spring 1995 meeting; the model law will next be considered by the executive committee.
